VINX30 – PI


VINX30 is the leading share index of the Nordic Exchange’s and the exchange in Oslo. The index consists of the 30 largest and most actively traded stocks on these Exchanges. The limited number of constituents guarantees that all the underlying shares of the index have excellent liquidity, which results in an index that is highly suitable as underlying for derivatives products. VINX30 is a tradable index on which futures and options are issued. The composition of the VINX30 index is revised twice a year. The VINX30 is a market weighted price index. The base date for VINX30 index is December 29, 2000 with a base value of 1000. The index is available as PI.


VINX All Share – PI, GI, NI


The VINX All-Share Index includes all the shares listed on the Nordic Exchange together with the Oslo exchange. The aim of the index is to reflect the current status and changes in the market. The base date for the VINX All-Share Index is December 29, 2000, with a base value of 100. The index is available as PI, GI and NI.

VINX Benchmark – PI, GI, NI, CAP


The VINX Benchmark Index consists of the largest and most traded stocks on the Nordic Exchange and the exchange in Oslo, representing the majority of sectors. The weight of the constituent stocks is based on the market value adjusted by the free float, which means that only the part of the share capital that is considered available for trading is included in the index. The index is intended to offer a cost effective index that an investor can fully replicate. Thus VINXB index is especially attractive for use in investment products and as a comparative index for investors. VINXB is revised twice a year to ensure that it offers high investability and low transaction costs. The index is available as both PI and GI and also as a weight capped version called VINXBCAP™ calculated as PI, GI and NI. The base date for VINXB and VINXBCAP indexes is December 29, 2000, with a base value of 100.

VINX Sector indexes – PI, GI, NI


The VINX Sector indexes are based on the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) developed by Morgan Stanley Capital International Inc. (MSCI) and Standard & Poor's. GICS is an international classification created to meet investors' demands for more precise, exhaustive and standardized classification. The GICS sector classification is divided into four different levels, comprising sectors, industry groups, industries and sub-industries. The indexes cover all shares listed on the Nordic Exchange and the exchange in Oslo. The indexes are calculated up to level two (Industry Group) in each GICS sector and available as PI, GI and NI. The base date for the VINX Sector indexes is December 29, 2000, with a base value of 100.
