Rules for Issuers - exchange rules which applies to issuers before and after admittance to trading on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen.

On 26 September the exchange sent a letter regarding the companies' disclosure requirements when correct unpublished information is available in the market, see below:

Rules for issuers are split after each type of securities; Rules for issuers of shares, Rules for issuers of investment undertakings, Rules for issuers of bonds and Rules for issuers of other securities. The sets of rules will apply from 1 July 2008 and replaces Rules for issuers of 1 November 2007.
