The Nordic Exchange consists of four local stock exchanges in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki and Iceland. The four exchanges are separate legal entities in different jurisdictions, and therefore each exchange has its own regulation. In this section, you will find the rules applicable for each exchange.
On these pages, you can find information about the Nordic Exchanges' Rules & regulations. Along with the existing regulation, all changes to our Rules will be published here.
