Danfold was founded at Mors, in Denmark, in 1978 and was one of Denmark’s first folio drawer factories. The factory is still situated at Mors and the company is proud not to have had to move parts or the entire production to cheaper countries. Instead it has been decided to modernize and optimize the factory both when it comes to internal administrative IT-systems and processes and the production methods of the factory.
Danfold has a clear goal. By 2010 the company wants to be among the leading producers of drawer parts in Europe. Of the 35.000.000 drawer parts which leave the factory yearly, the company exports about 30 percent to other countries. Read more about Danfold A/S here
