- Matters that are consired to be of policy nature or deemed otherwise important, e.g. in order to achieve harmonized practices within the marketplaces belonging to the OMX Nordic Exchange Group Oy subgroup or to the financial markets attached to them.
- Significant investments, projects, agreements, financial arrangements and organizational issues in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Directors.
- Relevant policies and reports regarding risk management, internal control and internal audit.
